Greetings from the Payne family!
We are Houstonians who are obsessed with Isla Mujeres.
My first time to Isla Mujeres was in 2018. I was in such awe with this island that I continued to go back multiple times a year, and brought more people with me each time. I wanted to share this piece of heaven with everyone I knew, so they could fall in love with it just as much as I did.
After my first trip I dreamt about owning a piece of this paradise. I knew that I wanted to continue to make more memories with family, and friends, and all of the locals I’ve come to know and grow closely to. In 2021 my husband made this dream a reality, and Casa de Vistas was born! And now, we want to share our dream with you, so you can make amazing memories with your family and friends as well!
Isla Mujeres is a small island that is a short ferry ride away from Cancun. The island itself is compiled with beautiful beaches, friendly locals, authentic cuisine, and an energy like no other. Casa de Vistas is located mid-island and is a short golf cart or taxi ride to Punta Sur or Playa Norte, and to all of the amenities in between. Punta Sur is the southern most part of the Island where you can catch breathtaking views, enjoy a nice hiking trail, or grab a bite to eat and cocktail. If you head North, you will reach the downtown area that is filled with restaurants, gift shops, white sand beaches and more. Mid island is filled with amazing beach clubs, and authentic local spots to grab a bite at and listen to live music. The best part is that Isla Mujeres is not as commercialized as Cancun and you get the truest feeling of the culture because you are right in the mix with the locals!
Casa de Vistas is a penthouse located in the Isla 33 Resort and Villas. The house itself has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, two living areas, a huge kitchen and dining room, a private rooftop pool, and a private, keyed access elevator. Each bedroom and living area features a flat screen tv that is internet equipped so you can enjoy all of your favorite streamed shows when it’s time to wind down. The private elevator is one of my favorite features because every part of the penthouse experience is easily accessible for grandparents, including the private pool. The open main living area features a Cloud couch that overlooks the Caribbean, making this the perfect place to start your mornings, and end your evenings. The house can accommodate eight people comfortably in beds, and twelve if utilizing the couches. Isla 33 has just now opened an Irish pub on the first floor so you can enjoy live music and food from the comfort of your own building!

Our Location
Located mid-island, Casa de Vistas is a short golf cart or taxi ride to either end of the Island. Punta Sur (South Point) is the southern most part of the Island and Punta Norte (North Point) is the downtown area with restaurants, gift shops, beaches and more.
Amenities
Pool
The pool is set to turn on everyday. The lights will automatically turn on at sundown and off at sunrise.
LG Smart TV
Subscription and app-based services are available for use. (For Amazon Prime, Netflix and Hulu, please use the Guest Profiles.)
Complimentary Wi-Fi
We provide complimentary wi-fi for our guests. The password will be in the House Guide booklet upon arrival.
Patio + Grill
Enjoy the 2 patios and the equipped gas grill for your grilling pleasure.
Coffee Makers
A regular coffee pot and a Keurig are available. Bring your favorite pods for the Keurig!
Washer & Dryer
Laundry detergent and fabric softener is available.
Dishwasher
Dishwasher soap is available.
Safes In Each Room
Safes are located in each bedroom closet. Follow the instructions provided to set your own code.
Refrigerator
The ice and water from the refrigerator are safe to drink. The water bottle that supplies the refrigerator is in the cabinet below the microwave.
Air Conditioning
There are six (6) thermostats. All are operated manually. We ask that you keep them on auto and set to your desired temperature. Please keep the doors and windows closed if the AC is on. It is best to keep the shades down when you are gone so the house can remain cool.
Extra Resources
We will provide enough toliet paper, paper towels & dish soap to get you started. There are extra pillows, sheets and blankets. Water jug refills.
